Lena and Martin Hansen - their photos
In the summer of 2010, I attended a family reunion in North Dakota. One of my aunts had brought a number of albums and invited whoever wanted to have individual pictures or whole albums were more than welcome to take what they wanted.
I managed to get several albums, three of which came from the sister of my dad's mother - my great aunt Lena. She and her husband Martin Hansen lived quite a life. I will be sharing pictures from these albums as I get them put together into slide shows.
The first slide show are pictures that they took from their homesteading days in Wyoming in 1950.
